Products not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Process for Return or Replacement

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup (depending on your location).

  5. Once the product is received and inspected, your replacement will be sent or refund processed.


4. Refund Method and Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method (bank, card, wallet, or UPI).
Please allow 5โ€“7 business days after product receipt for your refund to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
